About Us

Our Mission and Charter
The mission of Cub Scout Pack 354 is to provide character development, citizenship training, growth in physical and mental fitness, and leadership opportunities for young people in our community. We are chartered through and affiliated with the non-profit Outreach Ministries of St. Martin's Episcopal Church in Houston, TX, a registered 501(c)(3) organization. Additionally, Pack 354 falls under the Twin Bayou District of BSA's Sam Houston Area Council.

About Sam Houston Area Council

The Sam Houston Area Council, BSA, serves nearly 60,000 youth in 16 counties southeast Texas area through dedicated service and leadership of nearly 20,000 adult volunteers without regard to color, race, religion, ethnic background, sexual orientation, or economic status.
